- BOOK YOUR SESSION
- Book as soon as possible, Spring & Fall usually book up 4-8 months in advance. If you would like professional Hair/Makeup, book that as well (click here to see my recommendations).
- VIDEO CONSULTATION 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR SESSION
- We will go over outfits, hair/makeup/grooming, locations, and get a plan together for your session.
- SESSION DAY
- Don't worry about a thing! I will guide you and show you all the poses, it's easier than you think. I'm also on top of your hair so it looks great the whole session. I have a changing tent for outfit changes!
- RECEIVE THE PROOF GALLERY AND SELECT YOUR FAVORITES
- Proof galleries are sent out fast so you can start making your selections. Please select your favorite images as soon as possible to ensure you get them back by any deadlines. The proof images are included and available for download after selecting your final images.
- FINAL SELECTIONS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 2-4 WEEKS
- I will naturally retouch your final images to give them a professional polished look. All images are hand-edited, with no filters! When ready, they will be uploaded to your gallery and available for download. I can provide a couple of images right away for yearbook/school deadlines, the rest may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

SESSION DETAILS
- Both Retouched Digital Images and "Proof Images" are included in all packages with a print release. They will be available for download in an online gallery.
- "Proof Images" are about 85-90% done and can be printed or posted on social media.
- No hidden costs, product purchase requirements, or print size restrictions.
- Instructions on where to get your images printed are provided. You can also order through me.
- Optional custom-designed announcements, albums, and products.
- Sales tax is included in all session pricing.

FAQ
Do you offer Payment Plans?
Yes! I am happy to set up a payment plan on request. You can divide the session cost into multiple payments leading up to your session. The full session cost must be paid by the day of your session.
Do I need to know how to pose?
You don't need to have any experience in front of the camera; none of my seniors are "models". I will guide you the entire time, show you all the poses, and also capture candid moments! All you have to do is show up, and I will take care of the rest. It's easier than you think!!
How long does it take to get back the proofs and final retouched images?
I do my best to provide proof galleries 48-72 hours after your session.
Your final retouched images may take 1-3 weeks, depending on the season.
Can I download the "proof" gallery? are they edited?
All the proofs can be downloaded! Proofs are color-corrected with some adjustments but do not have final retouching (skin, hair, etc.). I like to say they are 85% done. A lot of my clients print/post the "proof images" because they look great as is.
Do you reschedule for bad weather?
Absolutely! I book a limited number of clients a month to ensure each senior gets a good photo day for their portraits. I reschedule seniors for strong winds, dark clouds, and rain!
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! Dogs, Cats, Horses, Goats, Cows...all pets are welcome! I suggest bring an extra person with you to take care of them during the session or to meet us in one of your locations.
Where do I change outfits?
I have a portable changing tent so we can change anywhere! It's very convenient. If it's very hot and humid, I suggest changing in the car with A/C.
Do you use AI Software?
All my photos are authentic photography, taken in camera! I want to make sure my clients know that its actually them in the photos.
All skin retouching is done by hand! I do not use AI filters or smoothing software. Occasionally, I will use Photoshop Generative AI to remove difficult distractions from the background.
Do you offer shorter sessions?
I do not offer shorter sessions. Relaxed, unique images need time and care that I can't offer in a mini session.
***Seniors who schedule a full Summer or Fall session can schedule a mini College-T or Cap & Gown session with me in the Spring.***
Do you only photograph seniors?
Seniors are about 90% of my work. I occasionally accept other types of sessions (branding, headshots, etc..) during the Summer or Winter months.
